Successful Webinar: Sustainable AG presented feasibility study for an agroforestry carbon sequestration project in Kyrgyzstan

On 6 February 2025 the SUFACHAIN project and Sustainable AG organised a webinar presenting a feasibility study for a potential agroforestry carbon sequestration project in Kyrgyzstan. The workshop was attended by ca. 40 stakeholders from across Central Asia. Dr. Rainer Nerger and Jacob Steckel from Sustainable AG presented cost-benefit analyses of different scenarios, assessments of risks and technical feasibility and provided recommendations for the way forward towards an agroforestry carbon sequestration project.
